Some schools are just starting to build the systems that connect classrooms to careers. Others already have strong CTE programs and are asking sharper questions: Where’s the next connection point? Which students are falling through gaps, where the data hasn’t shown yet? How does this scale what's working across more grade levels?

The Workforce Education Accelerator meets your school where it is. It provides something that can be difficult to find during the school year: dedicated time to step away from daily demands, examine your data and systems, and identify opportunities to strengthen students’ pathways from kindergarten through graduation and into the workforce.
You or your team will:
-
Pause and reflect on your current systems and student outcomes
-
Analyze data to better understand student pathways and identify gaps
-
Design actionable strategies aligned with workforce needs and opportunities
-
Collaborate with peers across Colorado who are tackling similar challenges
